Trinity 7, led by singer Ras Meishak hailing from the hills of Jamaica, delivers authentic, roots reggae. Their original music carries on the message that reggae was founded on: a message of inspiration, revolution, transformation, hope, unity & peace. The members of Trinity 7 came together from many different regions, cultures and backgrounds, all united by a deep-rooted love for reggae music and a steadfast belief that conscious music can produce positive change within society.
Trinity 7 has shared the stage with many well known artists such as The Wailers, Culture, The Original Wailers, Stephen Marley, and Groundation. Their live performances have continuously proven to capture the attention of audiences across the state of Florida.
With the completion of recent efforts focused on the production of their debut album, Wild Fire, Trinity 7 is currently in the promotion stage. Between steady sales and downloads of their new CD and an ever growing fan base all over the globe, Trinity 7 is destined to make their imprint upon the music scene.
The songwriting talents of singers Ras Meishak & Arata concoct a healthy dose of observation. "Our actions will shape our destiny" as Ras foretells on Stop Him is echoed by Arata's questioning frustration in Guns. Love is a Light will chant on like a mantra, taking you on a journey until hope is renewed in Visions of Happiness. This kindling makes up Wild Fire.
Trinity 7’s sound has been compared to early Bob Marley as well as Jacob Miller and Peter Tosh. But with Ras Meishak’s awakening & meaningful lyrics, the angelic harmony, guitar, keys combined with percussion, and the driving backbone of drums and heavy bass lines, Trinity 7 brings their own unique sound to ignite a new generation of reggae.
